The other day, I saw a bottle labeled “SHEA MIRACLE,” and it sparked something within me. Those two simple words carried a deep message: She’s a Miracle. It was a reminder of an extraordinary truth often overlooked—that each of us is, in fact, a living, breathing miracle.
A miracle is defined as: “An extraordinary and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore attributed to a divine agency.” When you think about it, isn’t that what each of us embodies? The fact that you are here, living your life, is no accident. You are not just a product of happenstance or a collection of mere coincidences. You are intentionally created, intricately designed, and divinely placed.
God’s Divine Hand in Your Life
Ephesians 2:10 tells us, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” You are God’s masterpiece, woven with purpose and meaning. Your life, with all its victories and valleys, has been carefully crafted to reflect God’s light in this world.
You may have days where you feel ordinary, overlooked, or unsure of your worth, but let this truth sink in: you are the answer to someone’s prayer. God has a reason for your existence, a mission only you can fulfill. Your experiences, gifts, and story are uniquely yours, and they’re meant to touch the lives of others. You are here to be His hands, His heart, and His voice in the world.
Shining as His Workmanship
Matthew 5:16 echoes this calling: “Let your light so shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” It’s a powerful reminder that your life is not just for you—it’s meant to reflect God’s love and grace, illuminating the paths of those around you.
If you’ve ever questioned your purpose or felt unseen, remember that your very existence is evidence of a divine plan. The fact that you are here, that you are breathing and navigating this life, is already a testament to God’s miraculous work. You are a beacon of hope, a light that has the power to dispel darkness and bring comfort and joy.
Living Out Your Miracle
When you begin to see yourself as a miracle, you embrace the truth that God has intricately and purposefully designed you. This awareness changes how you walk through life. You start to live with confidence, knowing you are part of God’s grand narrative. Your steps are not random but divinely ordered, as Proverbs 16:9 says, “In their hearts, humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.”
So, as you go about your day, hold your head high. Be bold in sharing your story, your struggles, and your triumphs. Knowing that She is a Miracle isn’t just a label—it’s a declaration of your identity. And remember, the light you carry is the answer someone else is waiting for. Shine on, for you are here for a reason, chosen and cherished by the One who created you.
